Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
